Topnotch Innovations, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that its TYEPRO products are free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Topnotch Innovations, LLC is not responsible for normal wear and tear, for products used commercially or for failures caused by negligence, neglect, accidents, abuse, alteration, modification, misuse or improper care.

THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES BEYOND THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.  IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXTEND BEYOND THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY CONTAINED HEREIN. IN NO EVENT SHALL TOPNOTCH BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL. INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

 

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state. 

If you have a warranty claim, use the shipper of your choice to return the product along with the following required information:

Returns

If you have any issues with your product, please email us at support@tyepro.com to see if we can resolve them. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 90 days of purchase to the address noted above.  You just pay the return shipping fee.

Please note that this policy excludes all clothing (t-shirts, hats,etc.) that are sold on the site, as these are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We will then initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Topnotch Innovations is a small product development company inspired by the desire to improve the experience of fishing for all types of anglers.  TYEPRO is our first product designed to simplify the sometimes tedious task of retying small hooks, jigs and other lures to your line.  A second product, TYEPRO FLY & ICE, is for anglers tying small flies and ice jigs without an exposed shank at the eyelet. Topnotch Innovations will continue to develop other products, as time and resources allow, for the enhancement of your hobbies.
